Join us for an evening of celebration, private screening, and a panel Q&A at BLACKBIRD STUDIO, home of the nest project to celebrate a new and very special body of work by Debbie Baxter and The NEST Project. 

Over the past year, a cohort of survivors of sexual and domestic violence were led through a deeply personal process of building a large-scale sculptural nest. Within this sanctuary, participants were invited to enter, rest, and reflect. Together, we gathered stories, built trust, and explored what rebuilding safety and belonging can look like after trauma. 

The evening will include open dialogue about the participant's lived experiences and the healing time of the Nest. Full exhibition will be at The Reser April 3 - May 17: opening night, April 3. 

Tickets to the Kickoff Event help offset the cost of the printing and framing of the show.
